As a serial social entrepreneur, with 15 years experience, I have been involved in the development of innovative programmes that engage young people and communities in unlocking access to sport for marginalised members of society. I have also been involved in using sport as a vehicle for the development of life, vocational and academic skills. Projects developed include:

• 13 Community sports projects
•  6 Urban Sports Service projects
•  7 Life-skills centres
•  “Angling4Success” – Angling Inclusion project in Eastern Region
• Overseas sports projects supported in: South Africa / Zambia / Cambodia / Ghana / Tajikistan / Andaman Islands.
• Estimated 5000+ young people helped from all projects developed
• Estmated £5M turnover from all projects developed / spin-offs.

This foundation is being used presently to help a range of charities and social enterprises across the country including Sports Traider. The work with Sports Traider involves the creation of an Education Zone that uses this ground breaking project as a basis for learning a wide range of skills.
