Rupert has a wealth of experience working at the highest levels in the global sports, charity and education sectors. He is Head of Content for the 1 Goal campaign, and co-founder of Y6 Media, a digital marketing agency.

For 1 Goal Rupert is responsible for creating the campaign content that will drive millions of football fans to sign up and help send 72 million children to school. He has worked on a wide variety of CSR programmes notably with UEFA and the World Heart Federation on the ‘Eat for Goals’ project, and with Pearson on a global literacy project with a leading premier league football club.

 From 2001 to 2007 Rupert worked for FIFA as a director of the broadcast and media rights team. He ran the FIFA TV and Films archive for 5 years, and at the 2006 FIFA World Cup he was responsible for the Giant Screens and Fan Fest programmes, TV graphics, The Official Film, 3D film, and the Official Music programme.

 At the 2002 FIFA World Cup Korea/Japan, Rupert headed up the New Media sales and marketing department and negotiated the agreement with Yahoo! to sponsor the record breaking official website, FIFAworldcup.com. He also helped to create the official mobile sites with NTT Do-co-mo and Korea Telecoms (iMode and Brew).
