I started work at 1GOAL in January 2010 as the Chief Operating Officer, managing the running of the global campaign and inputting into the strategic development of 1GOAL. I also took on the management of our film content and produced many of the films we have used to date and supported the development of our online campaigns function (both the back-end database development and our social media/networks growth). I was also the lucky person who had to manage the transfer of our multi-country operations to the Johannesburg office for May-July - and given the budget of a small campaiging organisation, this was less fund than it sounds...
 
In July 2010 I was promoted to 1GOAL Co-ordinator (Global), and now lead the campaign. I am currently focused on fundraising and establishing our long-term relationships with partners such as FIFA and the regional football confederations. Previously, I worked for other education charities and organisations as a Research Director and Head of Marketing, having completed my PG Dip (CIM) in 2005.
