Wayne Morris is the Head of Community for Premier Rugby Limited, the umbrella organisation representing the strategic interests of the 12 Guinness Premiership clubs. His role is to orchestrate the strategy and delivery of PRL community work, including creating and delivering Premier Rugby’s central community programmes, ensuring the community network shares knowledge and best practice, and developing new partnerships with government and NGO stakeholders.
PRL community work involves approximately 110 FTE community development officers and delivers over 120,000 hours / 1,500 days of community work per season, and currently works with over 75 charitable, NGO, national or local government partners.
Wayne previously played professional rugby for Pontypool and Bridgend and was capped by his country to A team level, he lives with his wife Michelle and their two children in Cheshire.
